We are seeking highly organised and experienced Purchasing Personnel to oversee our company's procurement activities and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, negotiation, and vendor management, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. The Purchasing Personnel will play a crucial role in ensuring our client receive high-quality at competitive prices while maintaining strong relationship with suppliers, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key Resposibilities:

Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boosting efficiency.

Sourcing for suppliers, analyzing quotation, pricing negotiation, and purchasing function to ensure cost competitiveness

To review, monitor, prepare and perform supplier database, report & record, procurement activities and cost analysis.

Maintaining effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS) implementation.

Address and resolve any issues related to procurement processes, supplier performance, or delivery delays.

Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues and improve procurement efficiency.

Requirements:

At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in similar industry (Stainless Steel valves and fittings product)

Strong understanding of procurement principles, purchasing procedures, and contract negotiations

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English language

Proficiency in procurement software and systems (e.g., AutoCount), as well as Microsoft Office

Must be able to work in Puchong and be able to travel

Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
