Do you see yourself as Rooms Division Manager with IHG ?

As the Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Rooms Division and ensure a high standard of customer service from the Front Office and Housekeeping whilst being totally flexible in assisting with the departments and throughout the hotel as required.

You will provide excellent guest service, genuine hospitality and create memorable experiences by anticipating guests' needs and dealing with all enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.

The Rooms Division Manager will assume operational responsibility and drive the performance of the division for our guests and owners. With relevant experience in hospitality, the ideal candidate will be able contribute to maximizing our existing reputation, service excellence, revenue and profitability across rooms division.
