India Operations Manager

Job description:

Responsible for the company's inventory, operation, and warehouse operations in India, coordinating factory affairs, following up on the order process, making delivery plans, and following up on the delivery process.

Working Place: Based in Chennai, India

Relevant Experience: More than 10 years of relevant working experience in operations, with experience managing 10+ employees, is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop performance goals and objectives (for subordinates) to ensure accuracy and quality of delivery.

2. Partnering with the management team to establish and maintain standards, and collaborate with the Technical Department, Operations Administration Department, and Sales & Marketing.

3. Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives by leveraging Lean Tools within the purview of your station.

4. Building and executing productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts and determining productivity requirements.

5. Leading and developing a team of supervisors.

6. Communicating policies to associates and act as the primary information source for the team.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, computer, science, electronics or related field.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese, can be used as a working language.

3. Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills, leadership qualities, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

4.Enjoy doing analytical work and using data to provide workable/practical solutions Track record of taking ownership and driving results.

5.More than 10+yrs working experience in warehouse & operations.
