Cloud Identity Engineer (Azure)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Cloud Identity Engineer who is well versed in managing Microsoft Entra

ID. You’re expected to plan and implement identity, authorization, and access to connect

applications and resources in Azure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manages the User Identity & Access lifecycle for Azure Cloud Platform.

· Manage permissions for Azure services and resources.

· Create and manage all aspects of users, groups, RBAC.

· Troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting on identity and access issues.

· Manage Privilege Access

· Continuous assessment of the implemented technologies and policies and

recommend improvements or enhancements.

· Ensure security controls are effective and optimally configured.

· Play a pivotal role in security related project implementation.

· Maintain awareness of emerging cyber threats

· Manage SLAs of security vendors and partners

JOB REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent

work experience.

· At least 5 years of experience in identity and access management domain.

· 2+ years’ experience as Azure Cloud IAM administrator.

· Expertise in Azure cloud identity and access management.

· Expertise in Microsoft suite of identity related tools, such as Defender for Identity,

AADP2, Conditional Access, Risk based access.

· Experience in managing cloud ID posture, vulnerability remediation and compliance.

· Experience in incident management and response, including identification of

incidents, root cause analysis, containment, incident response, etc.

· Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks, such as NIST CSF, ISO

27001, CIS Controls and Bank Negara Malaysia’s RMIT.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Passionate in cyber security.
