Job Summary: -

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand strategy, and oversee the execution of innovative marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that enhance our brand’s reputation, generate sales, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities: -

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and target key market segments within the automotive industry.

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, print, and PR to promote new vehicle launches, after-sales services, and special offers.

• Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing and communication channels.

• Collaborate closely with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product innovation and customer needs.

• Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing leadership and fostering a high-performance culture.

• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.

• Lead digital marketing transformation efforts, including SEO, SEM, CRM, and data-driven marketing initiatives.

• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications: -

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry.

• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building in the automotive or related sectors.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, CRM) and traditional marketing techniques.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign performance and optimize results.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of automotive industry trends.
