Job Description Of Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take our products and services to the next level. You will be working closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Client Success and Business Development to create products, features and services that will have real impact in advancing digital mental health in Asia.

Responsibilities:

As an early-stage startup, this is an end-to-end role where you will be involved in all aspects of feature development: from ideation and validation to scoping, design and development. This role will provide you an opportunity to:

• Explore ideas that will shape the lives of those in the ThoughtFull mental health ecosystem, whether it's end users, mental health professionals, partners or clients
• Take ownership of assigned products and services, including but not limited to mobile apps, reporting dashboards, backend tools and special projects
• Work with various stakeholders such as Engineering, Design, Clinical, Business Development, Client Success and external Partners to prioritize, manage and execute on the feature roadmap
• Be a listening ear to user needs by collating feedback across various channels
• Develop an understanding of the overall industry landscape and contribute to driving the product roadmap
  
  
  

Requirements

• Min 2-4 years of Product Management experience:
• Have led the end-to-end execution of impactful mobile-based products/services
• Able to align product vision with overall business objectives
• A good handle on project management: able to prioritize competing tasks, identify risks and deliver projects on-time
• Able to work well with Designers, Engineers and other stakeholders to deliver high quality projects with minimal supervision
• Able to maintain high performance in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a "roll up your sleeves" mindset to get the job done
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Analytical & Experimental
• Able to dive into dashboards and raw numbers to gather insights and make datainformed decisions
• Have an experimental mindset to come up with hypotheses, conduct tests and analyze results
• Able to present findings clearly and succinctly to stakeholders
