Role Description

If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion to serve and deliver solutions to Malaysia’s SMEs, we encourage you to apply for the Business Development Manager position in Linkz Malaysia.

This is a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will be an independent go-getter, with hands-on approach, result-oriented mindset and high performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan business roadmaps to drive accelerated growth for the company.
  • Identify new and/or potential business opportunities.
  • Create strategies to acquire strong client base and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop, engage and maintain relationships with clients on a weekly basis.
  • Engage with external partners to deliver high quality solutions and services to our customers.
  • Build an industry network and relationship with business organizations to understand market trends in Malaysia and neighboring countries.
  • Engage with internal teams (management, marketing, sales, product & customer success) to ensure successful execution of business strategies
  • Build a result-oriented team.

Qualifications

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Good in written and spoken English, Bahasa.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Experienced in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Experience in the technology and financial industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
