Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant VP Investment at MTDC in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant VP Investment will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, conducting due diligence, developing investment strategies, and overseeing financial operations. The role involves analyzing market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and ensuring optimal returns on investments.

Currently we are focusing in Aerospace, Fintech, Green Sectors and IR4.0.

Qualifications

  • Investment Management and Finance skills
  • Experience in technological, technical and deep tech matters
  • Experience in Investments and Due Diligence
  • Strong knowledge of Investment Strategies
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to make sound financial decisions under pressure
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
