Revenue: Assistant Manager / Executive [Shared Services (Cluster) - based in KL, Malaysia Office]
- Responsible for maximizing the revenue of a defined cluster of Ascott properties in Malaysia.
- Yield optimum revenue and RevPAR with regular business review of managed properties including assessing rates, inventory, sales strategies, competitor set performance and booking pace.
- Provide regular analysis of market trends and market positioning to identify opportunities and implement initiatives to ensure optimal revenue generation and market share growth.
- Grow the property’s market shares through effective pricing, business mixes and sales channel management.
- Improve property’s direct booking performance with active engagement and strategic promotion on the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) channel.
- Participate in pre-opening processes to ensure activation of distribution channels before a property’s opening.
- He or she will report to the Cluster Director of Revenue – Malaysia.
Job Requirements:-
- A minimum of a Diploma qualification
- Experience in related analysis / e-commerce / revenue management
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to drive revenue
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of analytical tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau and Excel Macros will be a plus point
- Pleasant personality and excellent time-management skills.
