  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibility
  • To attend customers/clients' enquiries and all matters related to ticketing issues, such as flight booking / reservation, hotel booking, travel insurance arrangement, visa application and etc.
  • Sourcing of attractive airfare, formulation of corporate travel policies, constant updating of current airline airfares and conditions.
  • Responsible in day-to-day administration work which are related to ticketing, such as issuance of ticket, payment requisitions, invoices, refunds, ADM, ACM and etc.
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Responsible to service all guest ticketing calls or emails in a timely & effective manner including servicing all ticketing and air add-ons & may include after-hours emergency calls
  • You will be crucial in managing all ticketing administration, including queue management, schedule changes, cancellations, exchanges, re-issues, debit memos, & e-ticketing.

Job Requirements
  • At least Diploma / Degree in any field or equivalent experience in travel industry.
  • Basic knowledge in flight booking system such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre.
  • Good soft skill.
