Job Description:

We are a leading wellness, health and beauty products OEM manufacturer. To support our growing operations and streamline our processes, we are seeking a dedicated Procurement & Coordination Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal team to oversee the entire OEM project lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include material planning and purchasing, coordinating internal operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be crucial in driving our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Material Sourcing:
  • Plan, source, and procure materials in line with project requirements, ensuring cost efficiency and timely availability.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and forecast future project needs, especially for tender-based projects.
  • OEM Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to manage the full OEM project lifecycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and project milestones.
  • Purchasing & Stock Management:
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and manage the purchasing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project timelines.
  • Oversee incoming materials, ensuring quality standards are met, and manage the flow of inventory.
  • Sales Support & Sample Management:
  • Work closely with the Sales team to arrange product samples for potential customers and track their status.
  • Provide proactive updates to the Sales team on material availability, stock status, and customer feedback.
  • Internal Control & Coordination:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, logistics, etc.) to streamline internal processes and support project needs.
  • Help implement internal controls to improve efficiency and manage risk, particularly around procurement and project timelines.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement:
  • Track and monitor project progress, procurement activities, and material usage to identify gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on OEM projects, procurement status, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in procurement, material sourcing, and coordination, ideally within an OEM environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work closely with sales and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and managing client relationships.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
