  • To assist Admin Manager for executing and implementing effective HR programmed and policies at store such as confirmation, transfer and resignation, personnel expenses control, performance appraisal etc.
  • To prepare reports on monthly store organization chart, manpower strength, personnel statistic, newly hired and resigned.
  • Responsible for documentation on staff hiring, performance evaluation, confirmation, transfer & resignation, dismissal and awards.
  • Responsible for the recruitment of general staff for each department.
  • To check and ensure the accuracy of payroll, attendance and overtime calculations every month.
  • Responsible for hiring and payment of casual worker
  • Responsible for outsource worker documentation filing and preparation of payment sheet.
  • Responsible for the control and ordering of staff uniforms.
  • Arrangement for injured and sick employees to seek medical attention and preparation for documentation of any claims of staff insurance, bereavement, EPF & SOCSO.
  • To produce statistics and trends of medical consultations and absentees.
  • To liaise with the various lines on staffing and manpower planning.
  • To organize and co-ordinate with other committee members in arranging staff ceria club activities to get together party, birthday party, sport tournament and long service award.
  • To administer the store staff discipline based on the disciplinary guidelines and policies of the Company.
  • Responsible for new staff training and orientation, job coaching, staff training and education.
  • Responsible for staff welfare and benefit also ensure all staff facilities in good conditions
  • Organizer for technical enquiry and domestic enquiry cases in store.
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably those who have experience from hypermarket or supermarket (retail background).
    • Passionate, aggressive, positive mind set, presentable, strong negotiation skill and well-groomed are some of the key points for those candidate to be hired for this position.
    • Willingness to work on shift, weekends and public holiday. (non office hour job)
    • Passionate, aggressive and hardworking attitude are need for this position.
    • Well command in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
