Job Responsibility
- Identify & research customer needs and problems and provide the right solutions.
- Effectively handle a large number of customer calls and inquiries.
- Improve customer satisfaction and keep records of all customer conversations.
- At least SPM or above education.
- Can speak and read in Mandarin & English.
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.
- Willing work in 24/7 Rotational Shift.
