Job Description
- Serve as point of contact for handling inquiries from Sales team members.
- Assist in preparing data for payroll process.
- Responsible for cross-checking claim entitlement and approving claim submission.
- Oversee and manage the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Assist to schedule meetings, events and maintaining agendas.
- Perform inductions and update records for new joiners.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Assist in administration work such as data reporting, compile sales report
- Assist in recruitment activity due to team expansion
What you'll need to succeed
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Experience in HR Admin, Sales Support or relevant experience will be an added advantage.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Well command in English and Mandarin (written and verbal communication skills).
