Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing daily financial tasks, ensuring accuracy in accounting operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
· Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
· Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with financial policies.
· Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
· Process invoices, payments, and payroll accurately and on time.
· Handle administrative tasks such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
· Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
· Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field such as finance or business administration
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
