As a Guru you will be accountable for:
- Managing all aspects of accounting and finance operations, from month-end closing to regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handling collection activities, tracking status, and providing detailed reports to optimize cash flow and financial health.
- Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls, safeguarding assets and maintaining transparency.
- Developing financial models and contributing to strategic planning efforts, guiding the organization towards its goals.
- Conducting investment analysis, evaluating opportunities to optimize returns and support growth initiatives.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has progressive experience in finance, with a focus on financial reporting, analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, laws, and any other compliance requirements.
