- Shortlist profiles and arrange interviews.
- Conduct telephonic or personal interviews and share reports with Business Units.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet recruitment needs.
- Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, accurately recording all resourcing activities on the HR information system.
- Work closely with various business partners to meet recruitment needs.
- Advise business partners on market conditions and negotiate realistic expectations to close open positions.
- Work with dynamic team members in a fast-moving environment.
- Complete day-to-day tasks within normal work hours, with occasional extended hours as needed.
- Lead and guide team members to ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and customer service standards.
