  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a database of client contacts and update call records regularly.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and new business development through cold calling and lead generation.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Use data insights to develop targeted sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with corporate clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop customized sales proposals and presentations for corporate accounts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals with corporate clients.
  • Manage and follow up on collections of outstanding payments from clients.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing and resolve payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and report on collection activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Preferably with relevant academic qualification and working experience or possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or similar role within alcohol or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
