- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Develop and maintain a database of client contacts and update call records regularly.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and new business development through cold calling and lead generation.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and forecasts.
- Use data insights to develop targeted sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with corporate clients to achieve sales targets.
- Develop customized sales proposals and presentations for corporate accounts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with corporate clients.
- Manage and follow up on collections of outstanding payments from clients.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing and resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and report on collection activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Preferably with relevant academic qualification and working experience or possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or similar role within alcohol or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
