Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities :

Reporting to Regional HR Manager, you will act as a change agent and employee champion. Providing all rounded HR advisory services to manage HR teams in Kuala Lumpur, you will initiate and implement ideas that are in line with current/future business strategies and direction.

  • Develop and deliver high quality HR services including talent acquisition, rewards strategy, talent development, engagement & relations, regional projects.
  • Lead, coach and provide innovative people solutions addressing business issues
  • Work closely with business leaders to steer HR strategy and implementation
  • Partner with regional HR on HR initiative and regional projects – from organization structure review, manpower planning, employee engagement to improving HR operational effectiveness
  • Review and manage HR processes to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment.
  • Provides insights and key HR data to business leaders
  • Any HR & Admin related projects as assigned

Desired Experience :

  • Degree qualification or above with a minimum of 8 years HRBP and/or HR Generalist experience, ideally gained in sizeable organizations. Regional exposure is preferred.
  • Practical talent acquisition experience is a must.
  • Experience in developing and leveraging HR metrics to guide HR effectiveness
  • Agile and fast-paced who can be both strategic and hands-on
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build a strong and sustainable relationship with business leaders.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Malay. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Malaysian citizen or permanent residents only.
