This role offers the opportunity to be the primary manufacturing interface for new and existing hardware products, ensuring that they are designed and built to high standards of quality and performance. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new product development builds and ongoing improvements to existing products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating CAD models, preparing ECOs for parts, BOMs, routings, and product documentation. You will also be responsible for developing manufacturing processes, documentation, tooling, and test fixtures. Collaborating with Design Engineers to determine manufacturing and product specifications will be an integral part of your role.
The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Engineer position brings advanced skills in creating and editing part, assembly, and drawing files in Solidworks or SolidEdge. They have extensive knowledge of product BOM structures along with a track record of writing ECOs. A strong understanding of complex electromechanical assemblies is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
