Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process and onboarding process including drafting offer letter, submitting account creation and equipment request, sending onboarding email, compiling the employee personnel files, etc.
- Provide administrative support including update trackers, generate reports for HR meeting, post update on designated team channel, etc.
- Ensure that all guidelines, frameworks, and instructional materials are kept up-to-date in accordance to the latest practices
- Host the HR meetings and record meeting minutes
- Conduct/Coordinate orientation sessions for all new joiners
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- Proactive, teamplayer, willing to learn
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while efficiently managing multiple tasks
- No work experience required, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
