Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process and onboarding process including drafting offer letter, submitting account creation and equipment request, sending onboarding email, compiling the employee personnel files, etc.
  • Provide administrative support including update trackers, generate reports for HR meeting, post update on designated team channel, etc.
  • Ensure that all guidelines, frameworks, and instructional materials are kept up-to-date in accordance to the latest practices
  • Host the HR meetings and record meeting minutes
  • Conduct/Coordinate orientation sessions for all new joiners

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • Proactive, teamplayer, willing to learn
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while efficiently managing multiple tasks
  • No work experience required, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
