Executive - Hospital Project Management

MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for proper execution of tender documents and tender pricing, accurate and timely preparation of technical specification and pricing and to maintain good and up to date knowledge of the various projects that are active to support the activities of the project division.
• Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date price database for project division. To follow pricing instruction by Project Manager and Senior Manager strictly and accurately.
• To generate and oversee accurate preparation and compilation of budgetary quotations, tender document, pricing and technical specification of surgical sets as required for each respective tender instructions.
• Assist with simple cross-referencing and simple article coding during tender and quotation preparation.
• Demonstrate ability to supervised, effectively organize work, maintain filing system and documentation for data and information together with his/her juniors.
• Assist and support the activities of the Project Manager, Project Executive level in all levels.
• To coordinate his/her activities closely with his/her seniors and juniors.
• Undertake other relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior from time to time.
• Participate in field activities & site visit as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring and collection of account receivables.
• Preparation and handling of product complaints.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma qualification in any discipline preferably Business, Project Management or Diploma in Nursing with Post Basics Perioperative Nursing Certificate
• Minimum 5 years' experience in hospital settings mainly operation room
• Experience in project management would be a plus.
• Good verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin
• Working during weekends or stay back for extra hours or beyond normal working hours whenever tender requirements dictate.
• Work & travel outstation is required.
