Requirements

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven track record in leading HR teams and working with senior leadership to drive organizational success.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment practices, and compliance standards within the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
