- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
