What would you do?

• Supporting the team on sales operations in Touch ‘n Go Digital Marketplace by working with internal cross-functional teams and external parties.
• Communicate with design team for new visual creation for new SKU pending to sell.
• Communicate with marketing team in order to get marketing comm to bring up awareness of targeted SKU.
• Manage on marketplace stock inventory and analyse on product sales trend.
• Supporting on boarding new customer / merchant by collecting relevant information and documentation.
• Work with internal and external on partner’s SKU T&C and agreement.
• Daily check and follow up email enquiry and provide after sales service from marketplace.
• Support on monthly delivery report reconciliation for marketplace.
• Handle Ad-hoc projects or request.

Who should join us?

• Interested on admin and operations.
• Capacity to multi-task, manage time effectively and work under pressure, and to fixed deadlines with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical and interpersonal.
• Required to meet SLA provided, assist in expediate the delivery whenever is needed.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, able to communicate with English, Bahasa; and Mandarin or Cantonese would be advantageous.
• Diploma/Degree holders in Finance/Banking/Investment/Mathematics/Statistics/IT/ Business/ Administrative or any related courses
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
