About the Role:

• Lead Plant Operations to achieve Effective Operations at Highest Quality and Lowest Production Cost by execution of Productivity Tools (SGA, Kaizen, Suggestion Scheme and Benchmarking esp. against FNMU).
• Lead Resource Management team in Capacity Planning for Dairies Plants & Co-Manufacturers to achieve optimum manufacturing cost & stock holding level.
• Lead TPM team to execute TPM activities according to Masterplan.

What will you be doing?

• Manufacturing Overview and Centre of Excellence
• Develop the manufacturing plan and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to customer and consumer satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting and budget execution with a focus on product costs and margins.
• Ensure Succession planning in place for key positions.
• Promote culture of Openness and Trust to achieve highest Product Quality, Maximum Efficiency (OEE) and Lowest Cost.
• Cross supports and sharing of Best Practices among Business Units.
• Sustainability development
• Technical services product and PKG cost improvement
• Build people competency development plan/ matrix (strategy and concept) in medium/long term.
• Lead Continuous Operational Excellent culture within the Operation Team.
• Projects Executions
• Ensure key projects that support Dairies plant are executed timely and within budget.
• Resource Management Executions
• Planning of production capacity by locations to meet sales demands esp. FNDT cross supports.
• Optimum Stock holding to reduce working capital and to meet sales surge.
• TPM Executions
• Ensure execution of TPM activities in line with Masterplan.
• Develop and produce competent personnel to continuously improve plant operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or Food Science.
