Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Marketing to lead our content creation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across various channels, including blogs, social media, and lead magnets such as ebooks and whitepapers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content that aligns with OmniNexus's marketing goals and objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging blog articles that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop content for lead magnets, including ebooks, whitepapers, and other downloadable resources.
- Write social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Threads in various formats (Static, Carousel, Etc.)
- Write short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and long-form video content for YouTube.
Content and SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Continuously optimize content for search engines and user experience.
Social Media:
- Manage content calendars for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Schedule social media posts that align with the overall content strategy that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the creative multimedia & video content team to produce visually appealing and compelling content for both graphics and videos.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaigns, promotions, and overall brand messaging.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather insights and feedback to inform content development.
- Collaborate with performance marketing team to craft newsletters that showcases product development efforts and other news for our existing customers
- Collaborate with customer support team to produce/write knowledge base and how to/tutorials for product
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze content performance using various analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on content performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media, content strategy, and content creation
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Excellent content writing (including copywriting), editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media analytics, etc.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media channels simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin speaking is a must because we will be targeting the Chinese market
