You are responsible in,

  • Handle all inbound calls for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, manage outgoing emails for product information and order updates, and assist customers through live chat for immediate responses to their questions.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping track of customer reviews and feedback, and responding to them appropriately.
  • Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Requirement

  • Possess at least a SPM and above. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin
  • Available to work in rotational shift (9 Hour including 1 Hour break) between 7am till 3 am.
  • 5 working days and 2 rotational off days including working weekdays or public holidays.
  • Passionate on customer experience related tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
  • Available to start work on 7 October 2024
  • Salary Package:RM2800 + NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE UP TO RM400+ KPI ALLOWANCE UP TO RM 500
  • EPF + SOCSO IS PROVIDED
  • 14 MEDICAL LEAVE & 12 ANNUAL LEAVE IS PROVIDED
  • 1 month paid training is provided.
