Job Responsibilities

To provide technical support for computer hardware & software in the organization while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
To interact with users over the phone, email, or on-site to diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify reported issues related to computer hardware, software, network, and communication systems
To escalate unresolved issues/requests clearly to next-level support team or external service providers and vendors
To perform user account administration functions (user provisioning, de-provisioning)
To update IT operations/technical/user documentation for the organization as and when needed
To ensure all computer hardware & software comply with the organization’s IT Security Standard
To assists in network and infrastructure setup and support
To assist in other IT related projects & ad-hoc activities when needed

Job Requirements

Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
Knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft Windows and experience in Microsoft Windows Server Operation Systems
Self-motivated, independent, and positive working attitude.
Willingness to work under pressure with minimal supervision with good time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Minimum of 2 years experiences are required for the position
