  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at Capri by Fraser, Johor Bahru / Malaysia. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Receptionist Duties experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
