About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in finance or accounting. As a Finance Executive, you will support our financial operations by managing day-to-day tasks and assisting in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Training and guidance will be provided to help you grow in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Support preparing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Help monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Help ensure compliance with tax regulations and support tax reporting and submissions.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with various departments to support accurate cost allocation and budget management.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
• Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
