Finance Intern

Summary of the job:

As a Finance Intern, you will help clear account balances, reconcile accounts, and learn how to post journal entries. You’ll also work with different teams to keep things on track. This role is a great chance to get hands-on experience in finance and improve your Excel and communication skills.

We’re looking for students studying finance or accounting who are detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help clear outstanding balances for our agency, direct client, and corporate client accounts.
• Assist with account reconciliation for various clients.
• Learn how to create and record journal entries accurately.
• Work with different departments to ensure everything is submitted on time and meets guidelines.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently studying Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic formulas.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers.
• Strong communication skills and eager to learn.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
