Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business units to capture and operationalize business requirements for various agents/channels.
  • For new agent/partner/channel expansion – plan and implement system integrations, pricings and settlement processes, with the aim to grow the business volumes and revenues.
  • Manage systems-related projects – may include project planning, capturing business requirements, systems testing and implementation.
  • Perform the reconciliation process for partner’s collection account and outstanding settlement amount in a timely manner to ensure financial impacts are mitigated.
  • Implement and operationalize the bank’s daily FX Board Rates.
  • Prepare reports of daily/weekly/monthly volume and numbers for management’s consumption.
  • Liaise with and support the different sales channels - which involves resolving transactional issues, attending to inquiries, make pricing adjustments and support campaign initiatives.
  • Liaise with agent partners in a timely and consistent manner to ensure smooth flow of cross-border transactions and to ensure client’s remittance experience is not compromised.
  • Work closely with support units such as Group Operations, Group Technology and Group Finance to ensure smooth processing and reporting of remittance/FX transactions.
