Our Client:

We are partnering with a MNC that specializes in manufacturing, designing and supplying of heat transfer and cooling solution equipments. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Sales Director as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive order intake and achieve profitability goals
  • Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends and develop appropriate response strategies
  • Drive the adoption of standardized sales and marketing processes, including CRM systems and account planning
  • Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor production performance.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals
  • Provide input on market price developments and pricing strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years experience within similar industry and a proven track record achieving sales targets for the team
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales team, develop talent, and foster a positive work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective sales strategies and overcome challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and partners
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in salesforce automation and CRM tools
  • Experience in heat exchanger industry will be an added advantage
