Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Food Beverage Manager at SKS Hospitality in Johor Bahru. The role involves overseeing food service operations, managing food and beverage offerings, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and budgeting for department needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage, maintaining Food & Beverage and brand standards and maximizing the quality level of products and services to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
  • Managing the performance of the team members: designing, implementing and monitoring the impact of training (including Food & Beverage systems and guest service procedures) for all Food & Beverage team members, capturing and implementing best current practice SOPs relating to Food & Beverage operation.
  • Manage F&B operations within budgeted guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with halal practices, food health and safety regulations.

Requirement

  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
