What you will be doing :

  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish growth and company objectives.
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics. Ensure Rooms availability in assigned portfolio, assess why churn occurs, engage with customers/clients to educate them around the solutions provided and act as a support function.
  • Growing company revenue by ensuring Win back of properties which have gone in sold-out and aligning patrons to opt in for the various value added services that will impact their overall revenue.
  • Manage multiple patrons and suggest solutions that answer patron’s needs and wants.
  • Negotiate contracts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each patrons goals.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management/Business development/Sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good with numbers.
  • Tech savvy and quick problem solver.
  • Knowledge in maintaining relationships with Stakeholder/Owners.
