Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining IT applications or platforms while actively contributing to the ongoing effort to improve and innovate products, services, or processes. As IT talent in Software Engineering, you’ll gain foundational expertise in three focus areas: Python or C#/.NET programming, Cloud Data Platforms, and CI/CD operations, prior to assuming your specific role. Here, you’ll apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and work with the Scrum team on your daily tasks and backlog.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing and maintaining IT solutions for our business through the adoption of an Agile SAFe methodology
  • participating in meetings at a team level, such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint review, sprint planning, and at an IPL level e.g., system demo, inspect and adapt, PI planning with global colleagues, etc.
  • collaborating closely with other internal Agile Release Train (ART) or IT Product Line (IPL) teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders from the business side
  • becoming IT employee with a holistic view on Software Engineering and understanding of complete lifecycle of data from ingestion to analytics
  • driving DevOps principle across the Agile Release Train. with knowledge gained on whole CI/CD automation deployment pipeline

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or a related field prior to November 2024, with excellent results
  • have keen interest to analyse, develop, and solve issues on IT applications or platforms, and have confidence to make technical decisions, while taking input from others into account
  • have knowledge on Agile methodology
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to articulate business and technical requirements, a proactive mindset, and can think outside of the box to reach the desired outcome
  • know IT software development process i.e., design, development, and deployment
  • are familiar with some development tools and applications and can understand IT system architecture i.e., Microsoft C#/.NET, Cloud Data Platforms, CI/CD operation, Microsoft Azure/AWS, Kubernetes.
