Role Description:
Role 1:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certified (preferred)
• 8-10 years of Project Management experience with at least 6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Delivered medium and large scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle.
Technical/ Functional skills
• Familiar with SDLC and various project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
• Posses analytical and strategic with a track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.
• IT Demand Management Practices and Principles
• Cost Benefit Analysis
• IT Infrastructure, Software Development, Access Management and IT Security
• Project Management Life Cycle and Tools, Different SDLC (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and Automated Tools
• End-to-end IT Life Cycle and Project Management (Pipeline, Resource, Demand, Project Delivery, Financial)
• Project Management Quality and Risk Assessment Principles and Processes
• Business Process Management, Methods and Tools
• Experience in SQL Database, Linux/ Redhat Operating Systems, Tomcat/ IIS Middleware will be added advantage.
• Experience in Service Now, HPALM tools, Microsoft 365 will be added advantage.
Role 2:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
ITIL
• Minimum 8-10 years in IT management, projects, process, change or business analysis role in service or vendor based organisation or banks/ financial institutions
• Experience in implementing multiple IT projects in a dynamic and complex environment
• Experience in implementing Reconciliation systems (optional)
• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary and regional environment (optional)
Technical/ Functional skills
• Experience in Financial/transaction reconciliation systems will be an advantage
