Responsibility:

  • To provide full spectrum of clerical and administrative support to the team members of Business Development Department.
  • Assist to maintain client database and ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to queries and escalate where appropriate, in order to provide a timely and accurate service to clients.
  • Liaise with various departments and customers to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries to prepare reports relating to business support operation.
  • Support Managers to handle general enquiries of client independently.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines.
  • 2 year's clerical work experience is preferred, fresh graduate are welcome to apply, training provide.
  • A good team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail minded, self-motivated, well organized with multitask.
  • Proficiency in using MSOffice, Outlook, and other computer software applications.
  • Knowledge of work routines and methods in order to complete processes under minimal supervision.
