Merchandising Executive (Charles & Keith)

It is an entry-level post of Merchandising who will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to allocations, communication, and analytical skills in sales.

This job is for someone who wishes to build their career in the Fashion retail industry, specializing in merchandising. It is a valuable stepping stone to becoming a fashion buyer by providing a solid foundation in the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in fashion buying. You gain experience managing stock levels, ensuring the right products are in the right stores at the right time. Allocators analyze sales data, track product performance, and understand market trends. These analytical skills are essential for buyers who must predict future trends and make purchasing decisions based on data.

Roles/ Responsibilities:

• Merchandise planning & Stock distributions, weekly.
• Liaise closely with Warehouse, stores & other key departments.
• Provide all sorts of support to the whole Merchandising team.

Requirements and Skills:

• Able to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines & work independently with minimum supervision.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, a good team player, and committed.
• Business-minded & possess good written communication skills and analytical skills.
• Candidate must be detail-oriented to ensure that products are allocated correctly and inventory levels are well maintained.
• Computer literate & proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
• 1 to 2 years experience in merchandising experience is a plus.
• Open to Fresh graduates too.
