A leading power generation company is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join their esteemed organization. The role reports directly to the director, with the potential to become a people's manager within two years, contingent on meeting all key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to actively participate in sales activities related to diesel generators, while leading and growing the sales and rental power generation business unit. As the frontline of the business, the candidate must provide product expertise, build relationships, and collaborate with vendors and suppliers. Ultimately, the candidate is responsible for securing successful deals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the diesel generator business. Applicants are expected to be well-versed in generator lingua, as well as the strengths and limitations of different diesel generators.
