What will you do?

This position will be a vital part of the Growth Team within Data Analytics, reporting directly to the Head of Growth, Data Transformation SEA. The role is based at our Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. The Growth Team plays a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial aspects of the entire team, encompassing responsibilities such as client relationship management, developing business solutions for clients' key challenges, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring the maintenance of a robust and healthy sales pipeline.

  • Lead opportunity identification from partners, shareholders and CRM: Working closely with our partners and shareholders in existing clients and/or new clients for Data Products
  • Leading leads to drive business growth for new clients
  • Responsible for proposal creation, Solutioning with our Partners, Shareholders and CRM
  • Build and maintain great relationships and network with clients, prospects, ADA, and the broader market
  • Simplifying complex data challenges into solutioning with clients through working closely with pre-sales team
  • Support in defining the effort and solution required for those opportunities
  • Ability to support clients across the ASEAN region, as per ADA’s footprint
  • Work closely with other team members within and outside of ADA’s Data Products team to broader business development and delivery

What skills and experience you will need?

  • Designing proposal with big data sets to solve problems for clients
  • Building and maintain client relationship to win more projects together
  • Leading end to end sales pitches from discovery, solutioning, proposal, closing
  • Working with senior stakeholder in creating business solutions to drive growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience
  • Data Proficiency : A deep understanding of data, including its capabilities and limitations. This involves knowing how to leverage data to inform customer strategies and address their business challenges effectively.
  • Insightful Problem-Solving : A keen appreciation for how insights derived from data can be instrumental in solving problems for clients, contributing to their overall growth and success.
  • Sales Funnel Managemen t: Proficiency in managing the entire sales funnel, from prospecting clients to closing deals, overseeing delivery, and actively growing each account over time.
  • Presentation Skills : Exceptional presentation skills coupled with effective storytelling, with a proven track record of selling to stakeholders at various levels within customer organizations.
  • Collaboration Expertise : Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly across teams, contributing to successful business outcomes for our customers.
  • Client Relationship Building : The ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders on the client side, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
