Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in branch management, retail banking, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branch strategies.
- Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
