- Handling documentation, data entry & administrative support to the department/supervisor.
- Operation arrangement & communication with internal & external parties.
- Attend to incoming calls & WhatsApp; take messages, respond appropriately.
- Maintain filing documents for record keeping.
- To undertake ad hoc work as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.
- Strong verbal & oral communication skills (English, Malaysia) and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
