- Process sales order & monitoring/follow up on shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Handling of customers’ inquiries and feedback.
- Reschedule of order based on stock level, lead-time and customer requirement.
- Organize and maintain e-files for quick access and reference.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Coordinating and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing customer inquiries, orders, and concerns in a friendly manner.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, email, and scanning.
- Any ad hoc job required

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
