  • Handling of customers’ inquiries and feedback.
  • Reschedule of order based on stock level, lead-time and customer requirement.
  • Organize and maintain e-files for quick access and reference.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Coordinating and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing customer inquiries, orders, and concerns in a friendly manner.
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, email, and scanning.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
