The Data Quality Lead will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, identifying and rectifying data inconsistencies, and implementing processes to enhance data quality across the organization.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5 years in data management, data quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • At least 3 years experience in insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of data quality concepts, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices is a plus.
  • Experience with data quality tools or software is an advantage.
