The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company's inside sales team. Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team and exceed their individual and collective sales goals. Provide guidance, motivation, and arrange ongoing training to enhance their selling skills and capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience, showcasing your ability to lead and guide a team effectively.
  • Sales Management Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of inside sales management experience, specifically within the technology sector, encompassing IT hardware and/or software.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Proficient in IT Enterprise Product & Services Portfolio, with a primary focus on Cybersecurity and a secondary understanding of PC, Server, Storage, Networking, Software, As-A-Service, and related offerings
  • Excellent communication skills in English and B. Malaysia
  • Dynamic Environment Enthusiast: Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where adaptability and agility are valued qualities.
