Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservation Assistant at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates from diploma / related field or Tourism & Hospitality who are interested to start their career
  • Or minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
  • Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (Optional)
  • Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry
  • Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour
  • Basic computer skill (Outlook, excel, Words and PowerPoint)

Resposibility

  • Process and confirm reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations.
  • Manage changes and cancellations to existing reservations.
  • Ensure availability and pricing information is current and accurate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist clients in selecting options and making informed decisions based on their needs.
  • Handle special requests and accommodations with attention to detail.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm details and provide necessary information.
  • Prepare and distribute reservation confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
  • Address and resolve booking discrepancies or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments or vendors to ensure a smooth resolution of client concerns.
