We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Executive Human Resources to join our HR team and support various HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement. This executive role is critical in shaping our people strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with business objectives.

Position Summary:

The Executive Human Resources role will oversee the development and execution of the company’s human capital strategy, ensuring that HR programs and policies support the long-term business objectives. This individual will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention processes to attract top talent.
  • Lead performance management programs, ensuring continuous development and high employee performance.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and handling complex employee issues.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development through robust training programs.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Lead HR metrics and analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Provide leadership in managing organizational change and ensure effective communication of changes across the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree.
  • Working experience at least (3 years) in HR leadership role, with a focus on strategy and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best HR practices.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing diversity and inclusion programs and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software, data analytics, and workforce management tools.
