2. Payment Conversion: Encourage employers to unlock and pay for applications.

3. Account Management: Maintain ongoing communication with employers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

4. Reporting: Provide regular updates to employers on their job postings and potential/ relevant candidates to keep them engaged.

Strong Communication Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via text, calls, and email.
  • Comfortable explaining services and updates to employers.

    Sales and Conversion Experience:

    • Experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on converting free users to paying customer
    • Ability to persuade employers to unlock and pay for applications.

      Account Management:

      • Experience in managing client relationships and addressing their concerns.
      • Ability to maintain ongoing communication and ensure client satisfaction.

        Reporting & Organization:

        • Strong organizational skills to track job postings and provide regular updates.
        • Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow up regularly.
  • Head-to-toe training will be provided. You will be guided by our senior consultant
