- To lead the team to achieve sales target and profit margin.
- To make sure that the existing clients are retained and grow.
- Quarter review of customers’ performance and discuss with Management on next action needed to build the customer.
- To identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.
- To research for new platform to increase number of quality lead.
- To actively collect market information and provide report to Management.
- To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
- To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
- To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or any higher education certificate in Business / Marketing / International Trade or equivalent.
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry, especially in export sales, marketing, business development related work.
- Required language: Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, knowledge in Mandarin would be added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Words, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Meticulous, details to attention and able to be hands-on.
- Good analytical & communication skills.
- Willing to travel (local / overseas) as and when required by the company.
- Preferred candidate with experience in gloves industry.
